I was SO happy to come home tonight to find that I had splurged on my favorite soup at the grocery store last night. It was waiting for me to heat up.Shout out to Boulder Organic for the amazing Red Lentil Dahl soup! It ain't cheap but it's totally worth it. And it was exactly the thing I needed.
