We are now offering artists opportunities to show their work in TWO studios! These are the working studios of Tabetha Landt Hastings and Wynne Reynolds all month long, and places for other artists to show their work on First Friday each month.
We are located in the heart of Denver's "Art District on Santa Fe" at 802 Santa Fe Drive, and get hundreds of people through our studios each first Friday.

Are you a gallery?
No, we are artists who open our studios on First Fridays and like to give other artists the opportunity to show their work in the Art District on Santa Fe.
How long would I rent the space for?
The rental is for the First Friday of the month only.
When would we set up and tear down?
Typically we hang the show on the Wednesday before First Friday, and tear down on Saturday or Sunday.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time you reserve your wall.
When can I stop by to see the space?
email us to set up an appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept to rent the space?
All major credit cards through Paypal or over the phone. You can also set up a time to pay in person (cash, check or charge).
Do you take commissions on the work sold?
No. You are responsible for your sales, and you get to keep any money you take in. You are also responsible for your own sales tax and insurance.
Where are you located?
At 8th and Santa Fe above Art District Antiques.
You're on the 2nd Floor; is there an elevator?
Unfortunately, no.

Studio One is also available to rent for your own art show or group show. The rate is just $300 on available nights throughout the month, or $500 on a First Friday. (Plus a $50 deposit that will be refunded if studio is returned back to condition you found it when you leave.)
